Terms

These terms cover the pages on this site: the inventory at 100 Center St, Sargent, NE 68874, the price of a unit, and the freight amount from ZIP 68874.

The listing

A unit page is for one truck, car, motor RV, or camper at 100 Center St. The price you pay for the unit is the figure shown as the price, not a higher list price printed beside it. The fields change with the type. The stock number is the number you use in a question, on the tracking page, and on the papers. A serial number is not published on this site. It stays with the papers that travel with the unit.

The freight amount

The calculator reads the destination ZIP, uses the mile band from ZIP 68874, multiplies by $0.85, and rounds to the nearest dollar. That dollar figure is the freight you pay for that ZIP area. It is the same number on the unit page and on the shipping page. It is not a turn-by-turn odometer reading, and it is not recalculated after you pay because the driven route is a few miles longer or shorter. A haul is confirmed by the lot, including the day the unit leaves Sargent, only after the unit price and that freight total are both paid.

Payment

Two amounts are paid in full before the unit is loaded: the unit price on the page, and the freight total for the ZIP on the quote. Sending a question does not buy the unit. A visit day does not hold it. Until both amounts are paid, the unit stays at 100 Center St, tracking reads “On the lot,” and the papers are not sent.

No financing

StoneHarbor Motors, Inc. sells the unit. It does not lend, and it does not take a finance contract. There is no credit application on this site, no payment plan, and no handoff to a finance company. A down payment with the rest financed through the lot is not accepted. The unit is held, the papers are drawn, and the carrier is booked only after the full unit price and the freight total are paid to the lot. A note that a loan will clear later does not load the unit and does not release the papers. Money you arrange on your own does not change that rule.

What is already done

Every unit is inspected at 100 Center St against the fields on its page before it is offered. Mechanical work that was due is already done, including fluids and the parts that were exchanged. You are not billed again at delivery for that inspection or for those exchanges. Miles, wear, or a condition that is already written on the sheet is not an undisclosed defect.

The papers

The ownership papers for the stock number are prepared with the sale and travel with the unit after payment. The number on the papers is the stock number on the page. When the carrier is booked, that trip also has the carrier’s bill of lading. The papers are not sent ahead of payment.

Warranty and refund

The purchase includes 6 months of coverage on the systems named for that type: engine and transmission on a truck or car, those plus the listed slides on a motor RV, and the axle, frame, and listed appliances on a camper. Coverage starts the day the unit is delivered, not while it is still in Sargent. A claim uses the stock number. Inside those 6 months the remedy is a repair or a credit toward another unit on the lot.

A refund of the unit price is a separate, shorter window. If an undisclosed defect in a listed system appears within 30 days of delivery, or within the first 500 miles on a truck, car, or motor RV, whichever comes first, the unit can be returned for a refund of the price paid for the unit. A camper uses 30 days, because the page has no mile count. The same refund of the unit price applies if the delivered unit is not the year, type, or stock number you bought, or a field on the sheet is wrong. In that case the lot may instead make a repair credit or an exchange for another unit on the lot.

The refund is the unit price only. Freight already paid for the trip out is the cost of that delivery and is not added back. When a refund is accepted, the return haul is arranged back to ZIP 68874. After 30 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first, a covered defect is a repair or a credit, not a refund of the unit price.

A question

The question form asks for your name, email, phone, and message, and it includes the stock number when you start from a unit. A visit day is optional. Sending the form means you agree to these terms and to the privacy note. It does not buy the unit, it does not hold the unit, and it is not a credit application.
